Please click on the one of the product categories on the top left of this page, showing you all the cuts we offer.
We specialise in several Old British breeds, and when ordering you are given a choice; please note all breeds are not available at the same time. Please select the option 'An Old English Breed from the herd', and you will receive whichever animal is currently hanging. If you require a specific breed, please contact us for further info.
You will find some information about each product in the 'Our beef cuts' section. We are hoping to build on our recipes and ideas offered on the site to encourage you all to try new ways of cooking all those wonderful cuts of beef.
Each animal is considered on an individual basis and we like to make sure we are 100% happy before and during the hanging and butchering process. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding if we are unable to keep to exact delivery dates.
We will obviously keep you informed if any changes to your deliveries occur.
Polly is always on hand to answer any queries and has cooked her way through all the cuts, much to her husband's delight!
In fact Polly manages to take our magnificent beasts from birth to plate, virtually single handedly, indeed she even packs your parcels!
